Shipping

Mavik Marine currently ships all merchandise USPS, UPS or truck freight. All orders with in-stock items placed by 1:30 PM EST Monday – Friday are shipped that same day.

Orders placed after 1:30 PM on Friday and orders place on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

Shipping to a different Address
If you are placing and order and your shipping address and billing address are not the same Mavik Marine will request a credit card authorization sign by the owner of the credit card.

Shipping Terms

EXW – Ex Works (named place of delivery)

The seller makes the goods available at its premises. This term places the maximum obligation on the buyer and minimum obligations on the seller. The Ex Works term is often used when making an initial quotation for the sale of goods without any costs included. EXW means that a seller has the goods ready for collection at his premises (works, factory, warehouse, plant) on the date agreed upon. The buyer pays all transportation costs and also bears the risks for bringing the goods to their final destination. The seller doesn't load the goods on collecting vehicles and doesn't clear them for export. If the seller does load the good, he does so at buyer's risk and cost. If parties wish seller to be responsible for the loading of the goods on departure and to bear the risk and all costs of such loading, this must be made clear by adding explicit wording to this effect in the contract of sale.

Over-sized and Hazardous Items

Hazard Shipping

Hazard products are shipped via ground service and can take up to 7 working days. Hazardous shipping is only available within the Continental US for domestic orders.  Extra hazard fees may apply.

Oversized Shipping

Oversized or heavy items may require special handling or oversized shipping. Be sure to read the special shipping information that appears on the product page  your shopping basket, or on the purchase agreement page.  Deliver may take up to 7 working days.  Extra shipping will apply

Truck Freight

Delivery time is approximately 1-2 weeks. Truck Freight can only ship within the continental U.S.

Returns and Exchanges

• Please fill out the return portion of the invoice with reason for return, ship the invoice, the item(s), all packaging and all accessories.
• Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase.
• See the chart below for your method of refund.
• All special orders are nonreturnable and nonrefundable

• Please call Customer Service at 727-678-2047 for instructions on how to return items.
• After we have verified the sale, we will issue a Company Credit.
• For international returns, please contact our International team at 1-727-678-2047.

• Merchandise containing hazardous material may only be returned to Mavik Marine.
• Mavik Marine will not pay for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error in your order.
• We will replace defective units and exchange for the same model and style only.
• Contact Mavik Marine to request a return form (RMA).
• Include all original accessories, warranty card, and the original box.
• Pack the merchandise securely to prevent damage.
• For your protection, please insure the package for its full value.

• Items Registered to the User i.e. EPIRBS, PLBs, SPOT
• Life Rafts
• Inflatable Boats
• Outboard Engines
• Items with Expiration Dates (e.g. flares, charts, annual publications)
• Items Which Have Been Damaged due to Improper Installation
• Special Orders
• Items without the original box

Restocking Fees:  All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee:

• Batteries will be prorated per the specific manufacturer's policy
